Cheese Fresh and White Mould

The main factor in categorizing these cheeses is age. Fresh cheeses without additional preservatives can spoil in a matter of days.

For Ricotta cheese milk is curdled and drained, with little other processing.  Goat curd and Yarra Valley Persian Fetta is deliciously soft and spreadable with a intense goat milk flavour.  Stretched Curd includes Bocconcini, Fior di Latte and Italian Buffalo Mozarella.

Our White Mould cheese includes Arrigoni taleggio, beautiful Woombye triple cream , French Comtois brie and Kingfisher double brie.
